PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The DreamzTwoReality Giveaway (herein referred to as"Sweepstakes") is an exciting promotional event organized by DreamzTwoReality, aiming to reward the loyal customers and fans of the brand. The Sweepstakes begins on May 1st and ends on May 31st, 11:59 PM PST (the "Promotion Period"). Throughout the Promotion Period, eligible participants will have the chance to win various prizes, as detailed on the Sweepstakes website. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of DreamzTwoReality (herein the "Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, ensuring that all participants are eligible to win prizes without any legal restrictions. Employees of DreamzTwoReality, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, thus avoiding any conflict of interest.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must follow the entry instructions provided on the Sweepstakes website during the Promotion Period. Every order placed on May 1st – May 31st and google forms entries will be entered to the sweepstakes. These instructions may include, but are not limited to, signing up for newsletters, following social media accounts, completing online forms, or joining via a Google Form. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on May 31st to be considered valid.

WINNER SELECTION
The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process. The random drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the end of the Promotion Period by the Sponsor or an independent judging organization appointed by the Sponsor. The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, within a reasonable time frame after the random drawing. This notification will include instructions on how to claim their prize, as well as any additional information or documentation required. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, other security settings, or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a potential winner cannot be reached within a specified period mentioned in the notification, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES
Prizes will be provided as described in the Sweepstakes announcement and may include, but are not limited to, merchandise, gift cards, experiences, or other valuable items. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash or other consideration.
TAXES AND EXPENSES
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, VAT, and surcharges imposed by any authority with jurisdiction in compliance with applicable law and regulations. Additionally, winners are responsible for any expenses not listed herein related to acceptance and use of the prize, such as transportation, accommodation, insurance, or any other costs associated with claiming or enjoying the prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless DreamzTwoReality, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, and promotional activities related to the Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants consent to such collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information, as well as the potential transfer of personal information to other jurisdictions with different privacy regulations. Entrants may have the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of their personal information held by the Sponsor, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, each winner grants DreamzTwoReality, its affiliates, and their respective agents the right to use their name, city/state of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice, and likeness in any advertising, marketing, and publicity materials or activities that the Sponsor may conduct relating to the Sweepstakes, in any media, including but not limited to online, print, and broadcast, without further compensation, authorization, or notice. Each winner also waives any right to inspect or approve the finished materials that may be used in connection with the Sweepstakes promotion.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Entrants agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the Sponsor's privacy policy, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as outlined in the original agreement above. Such arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties waive any right to a trial by jury and agree that any litigation or arbitration arising from this Sweepstakes shall be conducted exclusively on an individual basis, and not in any class, consolidated, or representative action. The parties also agree that the arbitrator(s) shall have no authority to award any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
ENTRY CONDITIONS
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ENTRY VERIFICATION
All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain false information, are considered mechanically reproduced, forged, or otherwise tampered with, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, or substituted. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If a winner cannot accept the prize as stated, the prize may be forfeited, and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Sponsor is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been included.
AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupting the administration, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of early termination, the Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner(s) from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
PRIVACY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding prizes. The Sponsor's privacy policy will apply to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, and can be found on the Sponsor's website.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, pandemics, acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications, or computer services.
RIGHT TO VOID / TERMINATE / SUSPEND / MODIFY
DreamzTwoReality reserves the right to suspend or modify this Sweepstakes, or these Official Sweepstakes Rules, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation if, in DreamzTwoReality's sole opinion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, is not capable of running as planned for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, programming errors, or technical failures, which, in the sole opinion of DreamzTwoReality, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, DreamzTwoReality may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and:
(a) terminate the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof; (b) modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes, or relevant portion, in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Sweepstakes Rules; and/or (c) award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with the winner selection criteria discussed above.
LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT DREAMZTWOREALITY, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR INJURIES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR FROM ENTRANTS' ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.
Entrants hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, expenses, and liability (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with: (a) any violation by entrant of these Official Rules; (b) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; or (c) the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by DreamzTwoReality on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED
rights to bring any claim or action related to the Sweepstakes in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition, or omission upon which such claim or action is based.

PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ANY RELEASED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
